What are your shipping rates?
Continental United States of America: We ship anywhere in the Continental United States via UPS ground. Shipping Rates are $9.50 for the first item, $5.50 for each additional item purchased on the same order with the first item, going to the same address.
We ship select items via USPS. They are as follows: FireStone and DiamondStone knife sharpeners- only  models 1300 through 1399.  The rates are $5.50 for the first item, $3.50 for each additional item purchased on the same order with the first item, going to the same address. These reduced rates only apply to the select models listed above.

Hawaii and Alaska: we ship anywhere in Hawaii and Alaska via USPS, with the shipping rates determined by package weight. Contact us for shipping rates.

All of our products are available in Hawaii and Alaska except the following: TUFTOP tempered glass cutting boards sizes XL and large. Sizes small and medium are available.

International: we ship anywhere internationally via USPS, with the shipping rates determined by package weight. Contact us for shipping rates.

Do I have to pay sales tax Only Connecticut residents are required to pay a 6.00% sales tax.  Residents of all other states are not required to pay sales tax.

Do  you accept returns?
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can send the product directly to the manufacturer, postage paid.  A full refund, less original shipping charges, will be issued by Elite Cutting Boards.com.  If you purchased our holiday items ( Christmas Tree - SKU - TT01025 or Holly - SKU - TT01005 ) you may return them by January 15, 2009, subject to the same conditions as the 30 day return policy.  Any items damaged due to abuse, misuse, or neglect cannot be returned.  Call us for return mailing details at: contactus@elitecuttingboards.com.

What if my order is damaged during delivery?
Items damaged during delivery will be replaced free of charge.

What is the warranty, if any?
We  have the longest warranty in the industry!  Our DiamondStone and FireStone manual knife sharpeners have lifetime warranties.  Our DiamondStone and FireStone electric knife sharpeners have three-year warranties.  Our cutting boards have one-year warranties.

What if I need warranty work done?
If you need warranty repairs, send the item directly to the manufacturer, postage paid.  The repairs will be done, and shipped back to you, free of charge.  If the item can not be repaired, a replacement will be sent to you, free of charge. If this occurs, contact us at: contactus@elitecuttingboards.com.  Damage due to abuse, misuse, or neglect  is not covered by the warranty.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover,  and Paypal.  We also accept checks and money orders.  If paying by check or money order, add the items to the cart, proceed to checkout, select the payment option for check or money order (purchase order) and fill in the box provided with the check or money order number.
